The Bowen Technique with Lisa Hopgood
The Bowen Technique is a gentle, subtle and relaxing hands-on treatment. Bowen treats the whole person whilst addressing the condition, it aims to balance the whole person. Common presentations include; back and neck pain, knee problems, sports injuries, RSI, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow and respiratory problems to name a few. The thumbs and fingers are used to make rolling type movements over muscle. During the treatment there are a series of short breaks where you will be left resting to allow the body to respond to the gentle moves which have been performed. Most of the work can be performed through light clothing (or directly on the skin)
